Greetings and welcome to The Epperstone in Llandudno, “ The Queen of the Welsh Resorts”. Our names are Mark & Tina Baker. As your hosts we hope you have an enjoyable and relaxing stay and we hope a memorable one.
We were lucky enough to be able to buy this beautiful Edwardian property (built in 1887) in April 2020 but little did we know that an almost 15 month lockdown was coming. To keep everyone safe we had to close before we could even open and decided to refurbish the property during this time. It has been a very difficult time for all of us and we are glad to be able to finally welcome guests.
If this is your first stay in North Wales, we can guarantee you beautiful scenery, many interesting places to visit and wonderful places to eat and drink. The only thing we cannot guarantee is good weather!
After your journey, we want you to relax and enjoy your time here so if there is anything you need, please don’t be shy about asking and if it is possible, we will do our utmost to help.
We are centrally located in Llandudno making us ideal for your walks to the North shore with its pier and promenade and the sand dunes of West Shore or to the majestic Great Orme. Also, it is just a five-minute walk to the bars, restaurants, and shops.
We invite you to relax in our conservatory, lounge or lawned garden at the front of the property.
A warm welcome awaits you at this traditional detached establishment, which features modern contemporary rooms with period features, like the original fireplaces and stained glass windows.
Relax in comfortable furnishings and private gardens with parking onsite. Located at the base of the majestic Great Orme, we are a mere 5 minute stroll to the town centre. The five rooms all include modern facilities you would expect with their own en-suite.
We welcome children over the age of 12 with a parent or guardian, but we don't have family rooms or space for fold out beds. Please note that unfortunately there are no pets allowed and we are also strictly follow a no smoking / vaping policy inside.
